NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF SELECTED OPTICOMM FIBRE/VDSL PRODUCTS

This is a notice of variation of Activ8me’s Standard Form of Agreement – Activ8me nbn® & Opticomm Broadband Services, under clause 14.2. Activ8me notifies customers of the following OptiComm Fibre/VDSL products that with effect on your billing anniversary date, on or after 1 February 2022, we will cease supplying these products:

  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL 250GB Standard plan for $49.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL OPT-250GB Standard plan for $49.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL 250GB Sonic plan for $59.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL OPT-250GB Sonic plan for $59.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL 250GB Supersonic plan for $69.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL OPT-250GB Supersonic plan for $69.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL 250GB Hypersonic plan for $89.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL OPT-250GB Hypersonic plan for $89.95 per month

These are 250GB data per month plans that we no longer offer.
All services that are mentioned above will be switched over to the Unlimited data per month plan on the same Speed Tier, on their billing anniversary date, on or after 1 February 2022.
We believe this plan to be the most similar plan of the current OptiComm services we offer.
We have written to affected customers with their proposed new plan, providing information on any relevant service or price changes.

We have also waived any Early Termination Fees (ETF) should affected customers wish to cancel their service within contract.

Affected customers can choose a different plan by logging in to your Activ8me account, or by calling us on 13 22 88.
