NOTICE OF PRICE CHANGE FOR SELECTED OPTICOMM FIBRE/VDSL PRODUCTS

This is a notice of variation of Activ8me’s Standard Form of Agreement – Activ8me nbn® & Opticomm Broadband Services, under clause 14.1. Activ8me notifies customers of the following Opticomm Fibre/VDSL products that with effect on your billing anniversary date, on or after 1 January 2021, we will be changing the price of your plan:

• Opticomm Fibre UNLIMITED Sonic plan from $64.95 to $69.95 per month
• Opticomm Fibre 250GB Sonic plan from $54.95 to $59.95 per month
• Opticomm Fibre Activ8me 250GB Hypersonic plan from $59.95 to $89.95 per month
• Opticomm Fibre 250GB Hypersonic plan from $79.95 to $89.95 per month
• Opticomm Fibre Unlimited Hypersonic plan from $89.95 to $99.95 per month

Following a number of recent network upgrades aimed at improving the quality and reliability of our Opticomm services, we are increasing the monthly service fee for the above plans.

All services that are mentioned above will change price, on their billing anniversary date, on or after 1 January 2021.

We have written to affected customers, providing information on any relevant price change.

We have also waived any Early Termination Fees (ETF) should affected customers wish to cancel their service within contract.

Affected customers can choose a different plan by logging in to your Activ8me account, or by calling us on 13 22 88.
