Notice of Price Change for Select nbn® Sky Muster® Products

This is a notice of variation of Activ8me’s ‘Standard Form of Agreement – Activ8me Consumer Services’, under clause 16.2.

Activ8me would like to notify customers on the following nbn® Sky Muster® plans that effective from your billing anniversary date on or after the 1st of December 2025, we will be changing the price of your plan:

  • nbn® Sky Muster® 155GB plan from $39.95 to $44.95 per month
  • nbn® Sky Muster® 180GB plan from $44.95 to $49.95 per month
  • nbn® Sky Muster® 300GB plan from $49.95 to $54.95 per month

While we don’t make these decisions lightly, we’re reluctantly making these price increases to continue providing the best possible level of service and support to our Sky Muster customers.

The services that are mentioned above will change price, on their billing anniversary date, on or after 1 December 2025.

We have written to affected customers, providing specific information on any relevant price change.

We have also waived any Early Termination Fees (ETF) should affected customers wish to cancel their service within contract.

Affected customers have the option of choosing a different plan by logging in to their Activ8me account online or by calling 13 22 88.
