Notice of Price Change for Select nbn® Fibre & Fixed Wireless Products

This is a notice of variation of Activ8me’s ‘Standard Form of Agreement – Activ8me Consumer Services’, under clause 16.2.

Activ8me would like to notify customers on the following nbn® Fibre and nbn® Fixed Wireless plans that effective from your billing anniversary date, on or after 1 August 2024, we will be changing the price of your plan:

• nbn® Fibre 100GB Supersonic plan from $59.95 to $64.95 per month
• nbn® Fibre 250GB Supersonic plan from $64.95 to $69.95 per month
• nbn® Fibre Unlimited Data Allowance Supersonic plan from $69.95 to $74.95 per month
• nbn® Fixed Wireless Plus 100GB plan from $59.95 to $64.95 per month
• nbn® Fixed Wireless Plus 250GB plan from $64.95 to $69.95 per month
• nbn® Fixed Wireless Plus Unlimited Data Allowance plan from $69.95 to $74.95 per month

We don’t make these decisions lightly, and we haven’t increased the price of these plans for many years, however this change is necessary to continue providing the best possible level of service and support to our nbn® Fibre and Fixed Wireless customers.

The services that are mentioned above will change price, on their billing anniversary date, on or after 1 August 2024.

We have written to affected customers, providing specific information on any relevant price change.

We have also waived any Early Termination Fees (ETF) should affected customers wish to cancel their service within contract.

Affected customers also have the option of choosing a different plan by logging in to their Activ8me account online or by calling us on 13 22 88.
