Since December 2012, Boom Broadband has provided Australian’s with ADSL2+ and National Broadband Network internet services.

Recently, Boom Broadband was acquired by Australian Private Networks (APN), trading as Activ8me. APN is a privately Australian owned and operated ISP based in Victoria.
Activ8me shares a similar history to Boom Broadband, starting out as a small provider and growing on the back of delivering the highest levels of service and support in the industry. Activ8me offers the latest innovation in nbn™ satellite, fixed wireless, fibre, public Wi-Fi, ADSL and voice (VoIP) technology, to a customer base of over 40,000.
Activ8me are now large enough to enjoy the opportunities that come with a company of its size, yet small enough to be totally focused on the importance of delivering high quality service to each and every customer from their Australian based call centre.
Activ8me were our preferred provider when it came time to sell Boom Broadband so we are thrilled that our customers will be with an Australian provider of such quality.

What changes to expect:
New name, new logo, same great service and support.
Boom Broadband has worked closely with Activ8me to ensure your service migrates smoothly onto the Activ8me network. This work has now been completed so you can expect your experience of the NBN to be further improved once you move onto the new network.
Your billing cycle may need to be adjusted to align with Activ8me billing system. Any billing cycle adjustments will be notified to you well in advance and our team will be available to assist you with any queries on this process.
