Activ8me’s owner and Corporate Sales Manager are on the road visiting remote communities across NSW, Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia during August.
Activ8me was founded in 2002 on the premise of providing “broadband for every Australian”.  We have been working on improving broadband connectivity in regional and remote Australia for nearly 15 years.
Activ8me also works with the Australian Government’s Indigenous Communications Program to improve remote Indigenous Community access to essential telecommunications services.  To date we have installed 301 solar-powered and satellite connected community phones in remote Indigenous Australian communities.
During August our owner and corporate sales manager are visiting remote communities from Broken Hill to Normanton across to Daly Waters and down the centre and west to Ceduna and Yalata.

“Rural communities are the lifeblood of Australia.  For too long these communities have suffered from slow Internet. Now with the new nbn Sky MusterTM satellite, communities everywhere can connect to fast Internet service making it possible to access educational content and do everyday tasks such as email, banking and shopping”

-Tony Bundrock, CEO Activ8me

“Activ8me’s WiFi solutions provide casual users in remote locations the ability to purchase short-term Internet access data packs.  These are great for tourists and residents who need access without locking in to long-term contract”

-Ian Roberts, GM Marketing Activ8me.

Over the next 10 days look out for the Activ8me 4WD in and around the following locations:

  • Katherine
  • Alice Springs
  • Marla
  • Coober Pedy
  • Woomera
  • Kimba
  • Ceduna
  • Yalata
  • Port Augusta
