January 3, 2016 10:24 pm

It may well be holiday season in Australia, but Activ8me has been hard at work in the field conducting extensive testing of the nbn’s new satellite service that will be operation from April 2016. The pre-trials include a live test site in  Activ8me’s warehouse in Preston Victoria and in-field testing of existing satellite customers who were chosen by the nbn® to partake in nbn’s test program.
Activ8me is one of the three participating companies to test the equipment, signal quality and application of the new satellite service.  Sky MusterTM signal is reaches customers across 101 beams covering Australia and island territories such as Lord Howe Island.
Today, Activ8me would like to share screenshots from our ongoing field trials of the new satellite service. The screenshots below show the signal quality, environment temperature, rate of power consumption from the field trials passing optimal operating standards set by the nbn® as monitored by our system diagnostics.
