Bandwidth is a measure of how much you use the internet whenever you are uploading or downloading data. Checking your email, playing games and online shopping uses bandwidth allocated to you by your internet provider.
If you notice that your download speed has taken a huge hit and you do not know what could possibly be causing it, maybe it is time to be conscious about how you consume your allowed bandwidth and not go over the limit in the process.
