NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF SELECTED OPTICOMM FIBRE/VDSL PRODUCTS

This is a notice of variation of Activ8me’s Standard Form of Agreement – Activ8me nbn® & Opticomm Broadband Services, under clause 14.1. Activ8me notifies customers of the following OptiComm™ Fibre/VDSL products that with effect on your billing anniversary date, on or after 1 January 2021, we will cease supplying these products:

  • OptiComm™ Fibre Activ8me 500GB Standard plan for $54.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre VALUE PLUS 40GB Standard plan for $39.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre Freestyle 100GB Standard plan for $39.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre 500GB Sonic plan for $64.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre FREESTYLE 100GB Sonic plan for $49.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre Activ8me 1.1TB Sonic plan for $79.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre ENTERTAINMENT DELUXE 500GB Supersonic plan for $79.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre 500GB Supersonic plan for $74.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre Activ8me 500GB Supersonic plan for $74.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre FREESTYLE 100GB Supersonic plan for $59.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre Activ8me 1.1TB Supersonic plan for $89.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre MULTIMEDIA MAX 1000GB Hypersonic plan for $99.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre Activ8me 500GB Hypersonic plan for $84.95 per month
  • OptiComm™ Fibre Activ8me 1.1TB Hypersonic plan for $99.95 per month

These are legacy plans that we no longer offer. All services that are mentioned above will be switched over to the most similar current OptiComm™ service we provide, on their billing anniversary date, on or after 1 January 2021.

We have written to affected customers with their proposed new plan, providing information on any relevant service or price changes.

We have also waived any Early Termination Fees (ETF) should affected customers wish to cancel their service within contract.

Affected customers can choose a different plan by logging in to your Activ8me account, or by calling us on 13 22 88.
