Notice of Price Change/Plan Discontinuation for Select nbn® Sky Muster® Products
This is a notice of variation of Activ8me’s ‘Standard Form of Agreement – Activ8me Consumer Services’, under clause 16.2.
Activ8me would like to notify customers on the following nbn® Sky Muster® plans that effective from your billing anniversary date, on or after 1 March 2024, we will be changing the price of your plan:
- nbn® Sky Muster® 155GB plan from $34.95 to $39.95 per month
- nbn® Sky Muster® 180GB plan from $39.95 to $44.95 per month
While we don’t make these decisions lightly, we are reluctantly making these price increases to continue providing the best possible level of service and support to our Sky Muster customers.
The services that are mentioned above will change price, on their billing anniversary date, on or after 1 March 2024.
In addition, we will no longer be supplying the following plans from 1 March and will be migrating customers on these plans to the most suitable plan that matches or exceeds their existing data allowance on their billing date in March:
- nbn® Sky Muster® 90GB Bonus plan for $34.95 per month (moving to 155GB plan for $39.95 per month)
- nbn® Sky Muster® 150GB plan for $34.95 (moving to the 155GB plan for $39.95 per month)
- nbn® Sky Muster® 175GB plan for $39.95 (moving to the 180GB plan for $44.95 per month)
- nbn® Sky Muster® 7GB Bonus plan for $29.95 (moving to the 155GB plan for $39.95 per month)
We have written to affected customers, providing specific information on any relevant price and/or data allowance change.
We have also waived any Early Termination Fees (ETF) should affected customers wish to cancel their service within contract.
Affected customers also have the option of choosing a different plan by logging in to their Activ8me account or by calling us on 13 22 88.
