Activ8me becomes first nbnTM provider to connect 1,000 customers to nbnTM Sky MusterTM Satellite.
Sky Muster installations helping connect rural and remote Australia
Just after 4:30pm on Wednesday 1stJune, an Activ8me customer located in Laceys Creek, Queensland became Activ8me’s 1,000th active customer on the new nbnTM Sky MusterTM satellite.
Activ8me is the first nbnTM Sky MusterTM provider to have 1,000 customers installed and operational. Notably, it took just 5 weeks for nbnTM and Activ8me to achieve this milestone.

Activ8me’s first order was submitted for installation at 8am on April 26th with nbnTM installers accepting the job and performing our first official installation on 2nd May.
There are over 400,000 premises eligible for Sky Muster satellite. Connecting these is a massive installation task which the nbnTM faces. Over the last month, nbnTM have been steadily increasing the rate of Sky Muster installations. This is set to continue and improve going forward with nbnTM allowing Activ8me to significantly increase the number of Sky MusterTM orders submitted for installation. With this increase, we expect to have the next 1,000 customers installed very, very soon.
