At Activ8me we feel it is important to minimise any disruptions to our internet services, however in the unlikely event there is a planned or unplanned outage we like to keep our customers informed and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately every now and then circumstances occur that are beyond our control which mean we're unable to connect services or attend to faults relating to our Phone Line product in our usual time frames. Examples of these situations can include extreme weather conditions & natural disasters and circumstances where by our network or the network of our suppliers has been damaged through no fault of our own.
During these situations a Mass Service Disruption exemption may be established. This exempts us from complying with the standard Customer Service Guarantee (CSG) performance standards for the duration of the Mass Service Disruption.
The exemption process is explained in sections 22-27 of the Telecommunications (Customer Service Guarantee) Standard 2011, which can be found on the ACMA website.
