Broadband Speed

ADSL2+ peak speeds are up to 20Mbps down / 1Mbps up. ADSL peak speeds are up to 8Mbps down / 384kbps up. Actual speeds to an individual premises can vary. Speeds can be affected by distance to the network exchange, quality of copper wire. volume of network traffic, number of users online, your equipment, software and source of your download.

Important Information

Additional Phone Line Services: Any additional services you have on your phone line with your current service provider will be automatically transferred to your Activ8me account. A list of prices for additional services can be found on the 'Additional Service Charges' page. Please note: We do not offer the Telstra Home Messages 101 service, however we can set up an alternative Message Bank service for you if you wish.

If you wish to remove any additional services that have been transferred over from your previous service provider, this can be organised once your service is active with us by calling Activ8me Support on 1300 76 02 19.

Offer ends 30 April 2013. Offer is available to residential customers in eligible Telstra ADSL Broadband service areas. Activation fee of $89 applies for households with no existing ADSL service. ADSL speed will slow to 72kbps once data limit is reached. Plan fee is charged one month in advance via direct debit. ADSL Early termination fee is $89. If you cancel one of the services within your bundle, the bundle discount will be removed and you will be charged the full individual retail price per month for the service. (Stand alone ADSL 250GB plan is $89.95. Stand alone unlimited home phone line plan is $79.95.) Modem is not included. Modems are available for purchase from Activ8me. A telephone call acceptable use policy applies. 13/1300 numbers are not included in the unlimited phone call offer.
