Activ8me was recently made aware of an email scam targeting Activ8me Broadband customers. The email claims to be from Activ8me or to be representing Activ8me Broadband. 

 

Regardless of how genuine the email looks treat any unsolicited request from Activ8me asking for your username, password or directing you to a web site with high suspicion. If you receive an email and have not been dealing with Activ8me Customer Support or Sales and have no reason to be contacted by us please contact our support desk on 1300 760 219 to confirm its legitimacy.

 

Activ8me Broadband will never ask you for your Username or Account Password over the phone or via email.
