Live Remote Assistance

To diagnose technical problems quickly and effectively, we can remotely access your computer. If you agree to remote assistance, your technical representative will provide you with a 6 digit PIN.

During the remote assistance session the technical customer support representative will be able to view your desktop and share your mouse and keyboard. It is recommended that you close any personal files on your computer before starting the session. You will still have control over your computer and you can end the remote assistance session at any time. 

*You must read and agree to the Remote Assistance Terms and Conditions before you enter the 6 digit PIN code and click the 'Connect to Technician' button.
