  1. Minimum cost over 24 months ($0 modem) is $551.76 (1.5GB), $719.76 (5GB), $959.76 (9GB), $1,439.76 (12GB) and $1,919.76 (18GB) plus any applicable excess usage and accessory charges. Minimum cost over 12 months (with $39 modem) is $314.88 (1.5GB), $398.88 (5GB), $518.88 (9GB), $758.88 (12GB) and $998.88 (18GB) plus any applicable excess usage and accessory charges. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel your service before contract term.
