These plans are available to existing Activ8me customers who were connected before June 30, 2011 (IPSTAR modem) or persons wanting to transfer to Activ8me.
How can I change my IPSTAR satellite plan? You can change your IPSTAR plan once a month by logging into 'My Account'. Select 'Account Info' and then click on 'Change Plan' from the menu on the left of screen.

Things you should know:
- Downloads and uploads count towards data usage.
- When monthly quota is met internet speed will slow to 64kbps on shaped plans. Excess plans are charged at $0.05 per MB of excess usage over your monthly data allowance.
- Peak data time is 12 noon – 11pm. Off-peak is 11pm - 12 noon (AEST/AEDT) unless time zone billing changed to your Local Time Zone via the members area.
- Most users typically receive Unleashed speeds of 2Mbps Down / 1Mbps Up. Peak speeds of up to 4Mpbs can be affected by your location in Australia, volume of network traffic, your equipment, software and source of your download.
