What can I do in My Account?
Take control and login to ‘My Account’.
Depending on the service you have with us, here are some of things you can do in My Account:
- Submit plan change requests
- Check your usage
- Update your banking details
- Purchase accessories via Web Shop
- Download free data usage meter
How do I access Activ8me Web Mail?
To login to Web Mail click on 'Access Activ8me Web Mail' on the right-hand side of the screen.
Please note, you cannot access Web Mail from the My Account members area.
