Your Usage Times Just Got More Flexible

All satellite broadband customers that joined prior to 30 June 2011 currently have their peak/off peak usage times set to ACT, NSW, VIC - (EST/EDT) time.
Activ8me is now giving you more flexibility with your usage by introducing local time zone peak/off peak usage hours. You now have the ability to change your peak/off peak usage time from NSW - (EST/EDT) time zone to your local time zone. This is designed to give you more suitable hours with your internet usage.
You can choose to change to local time zone or you can remain on NSW - (EST/EDT) time. Before changing, make sure your local peak/off peak times will suit your usage needs as it may be beneficial for some customers to stay on NSW - (EST/EDT) time.
Whatever you decide, here is what you have to do:

Yes – I want to change to my local time zone
Your peak and off-peak times and current time zone are shown in 'My Account'. Once logged in, go to 'Account Info' and select 'Satellite Broadband'. They are displayed under the Account Details and Current Usage sections. If you wish to change to your
local time zone you can do so by logging into ‘
My Account’ and following the steps below.
Please note if you change from NSW - (EST/EDT) time to your local time zone,
you will not be able to switch back to NSW - (EST/EDT) time.
- Click on ‘Account Info’ and select ‘Satellite Broadband’ from the drop-down menu. This will take you to the Account Summary page where you can see your current ‘Billing Time Zone’ - It will be set to ACT, NSW, VIC - (EST/EDT) time.
- From the left-hand side navigation menu, click the ‘Billing Time Zone’ orange link.
- On the ‘Billing Time Zone’ page there will be a field called ‘New Billing Time Zone’. This will have the local time zone option(s) you can change to.
- To change to your local time zone, click on the ‘Set New Time Zone for Peak/Off-Peak Billing’ to transfer from ACT, NSW, VIC - (EST/EDT) time to your local time.
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm your request. Click ‘OK’.
